Human Resources Planning and Position Management

人力资源规划与职位管理课程是人力资源管理知识系统的重要内容之一,是行政管理专业学生掌握人力资源管理其他方面内容的基础。本课程立足于人力资源管理制度现实的变革状况,描述了人力资源战略与规划的重要性与必要性,较为系统地阐述了人力资源规划与职位管理的具体内容,为人力资源管理中的招聘与培训、薪酬设计与福利管理等内容的介绍奠定坚实基础,并预测和展望了人力资源规划与职位管理的最新发展趋势。一方面是使学生充分了解人力资源规划与职位管理的实践和先进方法对于人力资源管理的意义,另一方面也期望学生对如何将有效的规划编制与职位管理应用到人力资源管理中,对人力资源管理的其他方面内容起到基础性作用。本课程应当从人力资源规划的概念、发展阶段引入,具体讲授人力资源环境分析的基本方法,人力资源规划的内容,人力资源存量分析等内容。

Human resources planning and position management is the important content of human resources management. The course is the foundation for students majoring administrative management to master knowledge of other aspects of human resource management. The course describes the importance and necessity of human resources strategy and planning, elaborates the content of human resources planning and position systematically, and lays a solid foundation for teaching the management in the recruitment and training, design of salary and welfare management and predicts the latest trend of human resources planning and management based on the change of human resource management system. On the one hand, the course helps students fully understand the position of human resources planning and management of practical and advanced methods for the significance of human resource management. On the other hand, it also expects students to put effective planning and management applications into human resources management practice, and plays a basic role in the contents of the other aspects of human resource management. The course begins with the concept of human resource planning, development stage, and then it presents environment analysis of the basic methods of human resources, the content of the human resource planning and system and human resources stock analysis.
