人际沟通的理论与实践
Interpersonal communication: theories and Practice

本课程是行政管理专业学生的一门专业任选课。课程注重培养学生在管理活动中的各种沟通技能。通过一定课时的面授、和学生在课堂中的互动交流,可使学生在有限的时间内对管理活动中沟通的技能、技巧有一定的理解和掌握,提高他们在实际工作中的各种沟通能力。本课程主要内容应当包括管理沟通理论、组织沟通、团队沟通、人际沟通、自我沟通、压力沟通、跨文化沟通、危机沟通和未来管理沟通等内容,其中危机沟通对学生来讲是完全没有接触过的内容,本章内容从危机沟通的特征、阶段、类型、障碍、策略展开,引出危机管理者的基本素质,从而初步了解与媒体进行危机沟通的技巧。通过简明扼要的理论介绍、实战演练、生动有趣案例分析,让学生学习和掌握根植于本土实际的沟通理论和沟通技巧。

The course is an selective course for the students majoring administrative management. The Course pays attention to communication skills of students in the management activities. Through teaching face to face, and communication between students in classroom, students may have a certain degree of understanding and mastering for skills in the management activities. It improves all sorts of communication skills in practical work. Main contents of this course should include management communication theory, organizational communication, group communication, interpersonal communication, communication, communication, intercultural communication, crisis communication, and communication in the future, etc. The crisis communication for students is a brand new content. The first part starts from the features of crisis communication, stages, types, obstacles, strategies, then it goes on to crisis management of the basic quality, and preliminary understanding with media in crisis communication skills. The students may learn and master the communication theory and communication skills rooted in reality through simple introduction, practice and interesting case analysis.
