公共组织行为学
Organizational Behavioral Science

公共组织行为学是系统研究组织环境中所有成员的行为,以成员个人、群体、整个组织及外部环境的相互作用所形成的行为作研究对象的一门科学。它通过研究组织中的人的心理和行为表现及其规律,来提高管理者预测、引导和控制人的行为能力,以实现组织既定目标。在组织行为学中主要研究两大基本问题:第一,组织对其成员的思想、感情和行动的影响方式;第二,组织中各成员的行为方式及其绩效对整个组织绩效的影响。组织行为学研究的主要内容包括:组织行为学的发展阶段与研究方法;个体心理与个体行为;群体心理与群体行为;激励理论;领导心理与组织行为;组织文化与组织行为;团队组织与合作;组织变革等内容。

Organizational Behavior is a science that researches the behavior of all members in organizational environment. It makes individual, colony, whole organization and behavior formed of interaction of the external environment condition as the research object. It improves predict, lead and control capacity of administrator in order to realize organizational objective set through studying the psychology,behavior displaying and law of the person in organization. There are two basic problems of research in organizational behaviouristics: first, the influence way to the thought, emotion and action of organizational members; second, the behavior of organizational members and the influence of the performance. The main contents of organizational behaviouristics include: the developing stage to organizational behaviouristics and research approach; individual psychology and individual behavior; colony's psychology and group behavior; motivational theory; leader’s psychology and organizational behavior; organizational culture and organizational behavior; the group organizes and cooperates; organizational change etc.
